Graveside services for Mr. James Allen, 68, of Monroe, LA will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday at Mulhearn Memorial Park with Rev. Gerald Lewis officiating under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.<br />

Mr. Allen was born on November 29, 1941 in Monroe, LA and passed away March	 6, 2010 in Monroe, LA.  He was a well accomplished electric motor technologist and previously worked for Ouachita Electric and Simmons Electric.  He is preceded in death by his wife:  Lois Allen; daughter:  Angela Williams and granddaughter:  Whitney Allen.<br />

Mr. Allen is survived by his children:  James Scott Allen and wife, Renee, Brenda McDaniel and husband, Darin, and James Robert Allen and wife, Nellie; sisters:  Diane Edmonson and Barbara Allen; brother:  Wayne Allen; 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.<br />

Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe, LA.<br />
