Funeral services for Ruth Rowland, 83, of Dubach, LA will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 4, 2010 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel of Ruston, LA with Dr. Doug Stewart officiating and assisted by Rev. Leroy Skipper with interment to follow at Hamilton Cemetery in Dubach, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.<br />

Mrs. Rowland was born June 24, 1926 in Bernice, LA and passed away March 2, 2010 in Arcadia, LA.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Lennie Rowland.<br />

She is survived by her children:  Janice Bunch and husband, Sam, William Lennie Rowland, Jr., Harriett Dunn and husband, James; all of Dubach, LA; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; Sister:  Pauline Thomas and Brother:  Billy Hattaway; and numerous nieces and nephews.<br />

Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.<br />
