Funeral services for Mrs. Cardelia Lucille S. Howell, 81, of West Monroe, LA. will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 26, 2010 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.  Bro. Keith Roberts will officiate. Interment to follow at Riverview Cemetery, Monroe, LA, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.<br />

Mrs. Howell was born February 27, 1928 in Oak Grove, LA and passed away February 21, 2010 in West Monroe, LA. She loved to garden, fish, and cook. Among her other hobbies were shopping.Mrs. Howell loved her dogs and loved spending time with her sons and sisters. She was preceded in death by 3 sisters and a brother.<br />
<br />
She is survived by her sons; Gene Howell and wife Kathie and Jerry Howell and wife Kathy; 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and one great- great grandchild; a sister, Parizade “Pat” Greer and husband Dub; numerous nieces and nephews.<br />
<br />
Pallbearers will be Gene Howell JR, Rusty Howell, Steve Greer, Mitchell Greer, Mike Howell and Alan Wise.<br />
<br />
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The American Cancer Association or Calhoun Church of Christ or your favorite charity.<br />
<br />
Visitation will be held Thursday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.<br />
